By buying and bidding on our items or confirming purchase all buyers accept our general terms & conditions outlined below:

Pricing and Payment Method:

We would love to be paid in Jellybeans, however for your security and peace of mind we accept payment by PayPal and card only. Paypal ensures your details are never shared with 3rd parties ensuring your bank, credit and/or debit card details are safe at all times. We will only accept PayPal and ship to a registered PayPal's address. Auction Winners must make payment within 3 days of auction-end or the order may be cancelled unless you contact us in advance.

Shipping and Handling:

Items will be shipped after cleared payment. We only ship to "Confirmed" and registered PayPal addresses so ensure your full name and address information are correct in your PayPal account. Delivery will normally be 2 to 4 working days depending on your location, custom built machines may a little take longer. Our costs include delivery charges, packaging and handling charges.

Returns and Refund Policy:

Buyers can return any item within 30 days of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and be in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and buyers must pay and are responsible for return shipping and handling charges for any refund or replacement request.

Any returns should be shipped back to us using a safe and secure postal service with a signed for service to ensure that the item is returned back to us. We recommend you securely parcel up the item and send it using insured recorded delivery to ensure goods arrive back safely. Keep your proof of postage and receipt should the item be lost, stolen or damaged in the mail.

Before returning any goods please submit a refund request and include your order/item number in the return package. Refunds will only be issued when a request is submitted and after the product is returned back to us.

Warranty:

All our refurbished products come with a six month warranty. For brand new items and components we offer 12 months warranty. If your item develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us for repair, exchange or a replacement.

Providing your product is under warranty a repair, exchange or new replacement can be processed upon the safe receipt/return and testing of an item. If a repair, replacement or alternative product cannot be supplied and is unavailable then a refund will be issued to the buyer's PayPal or bank account.

Valid warranties only cover the repair of the machine, labour and the replacement of any parts where necessary. Our standard warranties do not cover postage costs to return the item for inspection and buyers are liable for the return shipping fees. Alternatively for our mainland UK customers we can arrange a collection and re-delivery service for you if required.

Our warranties do not cover repairs or replacements for damage due to external causes, incorrect or misuse of the product, viruses/malware, ransomware, software problems or operating system issues and any defects and consequences following repairs or upgrades by a person non-certified by the manufacturer or replacement of consumables such as batteries, fuses etc. Our warranties are not insurance and do not cover accidental damage such as cracked or broken screens. In these cases we will not be responsible for any damage and repairing the machine.

PC Compatibility Check:

No games are included or installed on our systems. Please check that your system is compatible with any hardware and software purchases you may require. When selecting and customising a PC build ensure that it meets the minimum system requires of the software you want to run and games you wish to play.

System requirements for each game vary so check in advance before making a purchase. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that they purchase a suitable machine and the correct hardware for their needs. Bean Gaming doesn't take any responsibility for any applications or games you intend to play that aren't compatible with the PC system you purchase.

Please note that we are unable to provide technical support on any of the games you install on the system. Please refer to the developer online support and documentation.

Your feedback is highly appreciated. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products and services. If you are dissatisfied or experience any issues with your purchase then please contact us through eBay before leaving any feedback and allow us respond and resolve any problems for you.

For every smooth transaction we will leave positive feedback. Negative feedback will be left for non-paying bidders and cases will be reported to eBay.
